Waiting with Hope: Living the Lay Cistercian Vocation
We are inviting Lay Cistercians to share how Advent shapes their prayer, daily life, and vocation.
Advent is a season of waiting, preparation, and hope. For Lay Cistercians, this waiting is woven into everyday life—in prayer, family, work, suffering, community, and the lifelong journey of conversion. We invite submissions that reflect on how Advent speaks to the Lay Cistercian vocation.
We welcome essays, personal reflections, poetry, artwork, photography, book reviews, and other work related to the Cistercian tradition and the lived experience of Lay Cistercians. Submissions in Spanish or French are welcome but must be accompanied by an English translation.
